AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 pull-ups
Run gym loop (400m)
10 KB swings (1 pood or 35 lbs)

So, I'll admit it, I had to wiki "pood". Apparently it equals 40 funt, which is not useful. That, however, equals 36.11 lbs. Is that the intended weight?

7 Rounds + 10 PU + shortened gym loop + 5 KB swings. Scaled KB swings up to 53# during the third round.

7 rds +10 pullups and 1/2 gym loop (as rx'd).

Not only is that a functional WOD, but when done during the afternoon it also approximates physical activities in multiple climates - it's Africa-hot on the third floor, cooling to a mid-tropical level on the second floor, and finally a cool summer alpine temp in the '62 room. Constantly variable indeed.
