Need to work on knees out and chest up at the heavier weights.

Heart wasn't in it today. 235#s and I had a long talk before I approached it and it seriously psyched me out. I'll figure out these squats eventually.

Everyone should come out tomorrow if there is no drill and maybe we could get a picture? Too sappy?
