It has been a while since doing front squats. Felt fairly good this morning. Tied my old PR.195, 205, 215, 225, 235
155, 175, 185, 195, 195 (PR)Need to work on knees out and chest up at the heavier weights.
155, 165, 175, 180(PR), 185(f), 155(f)
175, 195, 215, 225(PR by 10 lbs), 235(f on 2nd rep)Heart wasn't in it today. 235#s and I had a long talk before I approached it and it seriously psyched me out. I'll figure out these squats eventually. Everyone should come out tomorrow if there is no drill and maybe we could get a picture? Too sappy?
