I realized the importance of focusing mental energy on keeping the core tight while doing this movement, it really helps keep that lumbar curve for those heavier weights.
Might have been able to go 5-10 pounds more, but i felt like i reached a good level while getting a PR.

I really thought I could get the 225, thus I kept at it. However, on my last attempt at 225 my form really eroded... bar resting on more on my collar bone (ouch) than upper shoulders, wrists stretched to their limits.

That said, first time doing this lift for 1RM, so 215 is a PR.

Every time you break a set on push-ups or pull-ups, do a 50m gasser. After the WOD, do 3 burpees for every gasser you run.
