Sorry for the late post...I've been fighting off the pig.

AMRAP 20 minutes of:

10 x Alligator push up
5 x Jeremy Specials
10 x Dips
30 second wall sit or squat hold.

I have no idea how many rounds I did but I was beat by the end of it. If I had to guess I would say it was in the 7-9 range.

Made up my own workout--had no idea what Jeremy Specials were.

20 min AMRAP:
6x40# Right Arm DB Squat Clean
6x40# Left Arm DB Squat Clean
10 x Pushups
10 x Situps

15 Rounds total.

Least favorite WOD: Anything with the acronym AMRAP.

On the other hand...given my novice level of ability at programming, does anyone have any helpful hints at what might have been good/bad with this one? I'm not exactly sure what to look for, I've just been taking mental notes from MAJ Blackmon's mad skills along the way

3x 65lbs snatch
2x muscle ups on rings
20m bear crawl w/ 25lbs DBs

7+ rounds

hardest part was the weighted bear crawl. And one last note....
BEAT Air Force damn it and get well DB!
