13:51 (Scaled to 3 rounds at 95#)

Great showing by 9 West Point and 1 Coast Guard cadets out at AFA this weekend. Pound for pound the team did absolutely AMAZING! The 6100-foot elevation increase was nothing to sneeze at. I think most people wanted puke half way through the work out.

It was an absolutely brutal workout (40+ minutes of work) and you'll be seeing them in a CF video in a couple weeks. Photos to be posted on the B&G site tonight.

Give a big high five to Mike Ahlin, Carissa Hauck, Lacey Long, Nargis Kabiri, Tony Nash, Justin Weeks, Carson Cappos, Tex, Mike Rotenberger, and Bobby Zhang!

21:12...closest I've come to puking in a while. Great workout to do right after coming off the flu. I'm still seeing stars and hacking up all kinds of good stuff. See you in the morning.

Good work by the Black team this weekend. You count in travel, elevation and I think we take the AF team. I'm sure we will be successful next year when we host.

First 3 rds as Rx'd, last two with 115lbs - 16:45. That was absolutely brutal.

Inspiring job by the crossfit team this weekend at USAFA. AF won by 1 minute, and factoring in the difference in elevation, that was a fine job by our team. The Vanilla Gorilla put down the gauntlet for a competition next semester at WP...this is the start of a tradition. Keep training!

14:18 Scaled to 95#

Very rough.

I cannot say it enough, I was so proud and impressed by the team this weekend. Great job by everyone who was there. Major Richards even did the workout after we finished, so big props to him. Also thanks goes out to Major Mayo, Major McDermott and Major Hoyman for their support this weekend.

26:25- Brutal. Probably should have scaled to 115 or 95 to keep up intensity. Last 2 sets of HSC's was in groups of 3 or 4 reps at a time...weight detracted from intensity/speed.

Looking forward to watching videos of the competition tonight.

13:39 with 95 lb for 5 rounds. In retrospect, the push-ups were kind of a break, should have gone to modified pushups once I hit muscle failure to keep up the suck factor.

Yeah, sehr props to our Black Team for their effort's this weekend! Their motivation was off the hook...I was fired up just watching them. Thanks for representing WP and B&G so well...you guys are my heroes.

Thanks to Kingsley for keeping me moving. Tank felt pretty empty to start the week!

21:50 as RX'ed.

Great workout to start the week. Definitely would have been a little slower if I hadn't run into Jake. We kept each other moving through this one.

Good smoker. Legs are still smoked from Saturday's little competition. I am glad a had the opportunity to compete with everyone this past weekend. It was great to just be there.

Awful. Scaled to 115 for the first 3 rounds and did 95 for one more round and had to go, but 4 sets was enough especially after PT in the morning. That was humbling.

I decided that bouldering hard for the next hour after the WOD was a good idea. We'll see how my hands feel tomorrow.
