50 x Steps of walking lunge
50 x Knees to elbows
50 x 45lb Push press
50 x Back extension
50 x 20lb Wall ball
50 x Burpee
50 x Double under

Compared to the last time we did this one I was a little slower, but I think that was due to the fact that last time we did good mornings instead of back extension, GM are alot easier I think and also that I focused more on correct form today than the last time I did this one. Especially on knees to elbows, box jump.

32:48 (PR) faster by 3:02 secs, but not happy overall with performance. Was a gut check for sure.

23:58 also a little slower today, but I concur with MAJ Wylie on GMs and form. My biggest improvement was on double unders. Working your goats pays of folks.

Congrats 2009! Lower 3, time to step up and take the lead in B&G as well.

Have a good summer and keep posting when you can I'll keep the site up and running. Don't get soft or August is going to hurt.

Had to do 45# thrusters for the wall balls.

I really hit a wall at the KTEs. I hate doing these workouts alone.

Whomever created this is CRAZY!
I had to do a modified knees to elbow and could not even do 1 burpee. I did (or tried to do) 50 push-ups instead. And double unders...RIGHT.
