Sapper tryouts today. Everything went well until the ruck run. At mile 3 my ankle went out on me. I tried to keep going, but I could barely move. Disheartening, but I really feel that CrossFit prepared me well for the intensity of the day. I'll see you all on Tuesday (I think I need a rest on Monday).
