Does "Strength Room" mean the 3rd floor, or the powerlifting room?

Went on a ruck this morning with Jon.

Almost 5 miles, about a 13 min. mile pace, 40 lbs.

RK, it's a good thing it meant powerlifting room - I am not sure you could have made it to the 3rd floor!

I started at 95# on bench, dropped to 65# after 5 rounds.

Time on second half was 22:53 - band pull-ups until last two rounds when I did rows on the TRX straps. Ouch.
