Tough WOD. It makes me realize that the peole at the games really are that good. Amazing.

I sure hope we do more shoulder exercises tomorrow. I wouldn't want Friday to feel left out.

Way scaled down and still destroyed me. Lots of THS for me today.

23:27. That WOD was rough, but I loved it. The morning crew rocks...it's so awesome to look around at everyone sharing the suck together. Good times.

Will probably not be able to make it tomorrow due to another trip...I'll make it up. See you all on Monday.

Did this last month but went 10-9-8...1 instead of 1 to 10.

23:12 was my time. What a horrible workout. Yesterday's main site was a NM wheelhouse. Ya'll should use it for his farewell WOD.

Little over 14 minutes, stopped after 6 rounds with as Rx'd. Have to go to early company formations until G-3 can get it together.
My shoulders our sore, i feel a break coming.

I couldn't resist doing this workout, it seemed right up my alley. It's been about a month since I've done a xfit workout. I guess the strength workouts haven't affected me too much yet. I'll post more about my strength program in the future.
