95, 115, 125, 135, 130 My shoulder hurt after the 135 so I went with 130. That didn't help so I stopped.
Did Tabata double unders. It was interesting. I got 40, then 39, and then 25 for the remaining 6 rounds. I think I'll keep working on this to build up the DU endurance.
Sodak, welcome back. Good job on using such a big word today.
Made up "Paul" from last week (scaled overhead walk weight to 155#): 20:41...K2Es were pretty much terrible. Thanks to Vanilla Gorilla, Sodak, and MarkR for sharing in the pain...VG and Sodak actually complained a lot less than I thought they would! Good work...
Good luck to the Paul warriors this morning, keep in mind Maj R is not getting the same amount of sleep as everyone else, and he is still coming in the morning. So all the THS people who sleep comfortably in their beds and snuggle with their pillows have no excuse.

Couldn't get past 155, frustrating to see my numbers fluctuate so much.
Someday I may thank MR, MM, and TN, for making me do these atrocious (and yes I looked up how to spell that) work outs, but today is not the day.

Give me a little time and I'll be back.

If you left a suunto vector watch in the '62 room, I put it in the lost and found at the front door.

Shoulder press is extremely frustrating.
