4:59 (PR)J-Whip continues to make me better. I would not have done as well without the extra push.That leads me to this point. If you do CF right, you will get into good shape. Doing CF with a group though will add that additional push that will put you into great shape. Workouts alone are just not as good, PERIOD!

11:38, my back is rounding less, so i was definitely happy that I was able to hold form, i did start to round a little. Thank you MAJ Whipple and MAJ Dubbs for the coaching.
18:35. DLs are a big goat for me. Just glad I got through it. Was really struggling at the end and almost convinced myself not to finish.
