11:16 as RXedGood work - made sure to really focus on coming down slow on the pull-ups for some negative work.
14 something minutes but I don't know if I was doing then exactly right....pullups took me forever.
14:30concentrated on locking out at the bottom of the jumping pull ups. Makes a huge difference in difficulty!
