Made up yesterday's WOD today - 18:27. That was a butt kicker, and there isn't much left in the tank for the rest of the day. Haven't been in for the morning's due to MD grade meetings, so will miss out tomorrow as well. Will see the group monday morning, though.

Gave "Uneven Grace" a shot this morning...(50lbs/40lbs, total of 135lbs) and finished @ 8:27. This was great practice dealing with uneven loads- something we deal with in the Army all the time.

19:24. Did a mix of yesterday and today- 50 pull-ups, by set of 10 with 10/25 in between- 15 c/jHad to combine since Mon/Wed this week was ultimate frisbee games followed by MMA practice at night. Body is still recovering from practice. Not very good times but the workouts have helped recover the next day.
