Started with HSPUs
Worked out with Teresa, a guest CrossFitter from the city. She is going to the NE qualifiers this summer and wanted to get a WOD in with us. I accidentally stopped my watch so I don't have a time. We got started a little late and did it all except the rope climbs before moving to the partner planks. Good luck Teresa in the qualifier!
