SWIM!!!
Warm-Up: Swim 150-200m of varied strokes
WOD: Swim 12 x 50m with 30 seconds rest in between each set.
Cool-Down: Swim 100-150m of varied strokes

I will be swimming at the house, but won't be as rx'd! Hope everyone at B&G is doing well - great WODs this week, sorry to miss out!!
I knocked out 150 double-unders today, ran about 2 miles, did 30 pull-ups, 30 dips, and ran back.
