Today did a little PRT with the basic training privates. Then some sprint intervals. 60 seconds of sprints and 120 seconds of walking.
Long day at the range today, getting back late because of a night shoot so probably wont be able to get a wod in.
Haven't ever done a WOD like this, but that is a good thing:
Almost 3 complete rounds, 4 HSPU reps short
15 miles biked - 28:18(9:55, 9:37, 8:46)
Scaled MUs from the floor with jump
Scaled HSPUs negative only
Glad to see the WODs keep getting posted over the summer.
