Complete three rounds for time of:

95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run Comm's Loop (NOTE: mainsite has run 800m, so our run is a bit shorter)

NOTE2:  This will be a long WOD, so make it an AMRAP 20, 25, or 30 if you are short on time).

First day of summer WOD: climb the Grand Teton (13,770 ft). Speaking of long WODs: 14 hours, 7,000 feet of elevation gain and loss, and wintery conditions (icy route, windy, limited visibility).

Badger was lots of fun:

Scaled squat cleans to 65 lbs., pull-ups as RX'ed and run approx. 500m (Comm's Loop)

24:59, scaled to 75 lbs. I'll admit it, I was sandbagging a little bit, in anticipation of day three of the big family move.
