Front Squat: 185, 195, 205, 205, 205, 205(F), 185

Push Press: 95, 115, 135, 135, 145, 155, 165(F)

Shy of my PR on push press, so I need to get that back up!

The snatch balance were great technique work and I ran out of time for the Tabata DUs. Will try to work it later today...

Ran out of time this morning...

FS: 175,180,185,190,195,205(PR by 10lb),210(f)
PP: 95,105,115,125,135,145(PR by 20lb)

Wrists are not happy. The PP PR was, in part, due to having read the old Glassman muted hip function article - helped out a lot on seeing what I was doing wrong.

or, something along those lines with the 265 & 235 failures.

I think that I could have done them. Ran out of time this morning towards the end. I will have to allow for a little more rest in between reps. Both are a shy of my PRs.

The SB was a great shoulder stretch. Did the DUs after I got back to the house - didn't even bother counting but a good finish to the day's workout.

FS: 135,185,205,225,245,250, 260?

PP: 115,135,155,185,205(f), 200

DU: 18

Forgot my final numbers, so the top numbers aren't accurate.

Thanks for the push, Kings, and good solid work from everyone this morning. NM...hatin' you for your time this morning. Hopefully age will catch up with you, and then I can too.

FS:185, 195, 205, 215(f), 205, 205 205 (this was my first FS since my last catastropic bike crash and broken ribs, felt great)

PP: 95, 115, 135, 145(f), 135, 135, 135 (it's so hard not to do a jerk press - damn the allure of better efficiency...)

DU's: 13 (this was demoralizing!!!)

Ran out of time after SB for the Double Unders. I think I'll do them for warm-up tomorrow morning. Anyone else???

Props to NM for the SICK time on yesterday's WOD. RI-DONK-ULOUS!

Lovin the AM Crew lately...you guys fire me up!

So, I made up yesterday's WOD in 6:36...thanks for the push, everyone-that got me through it.

Push Press: 95, 135, 145, 155, 165, 165, 175

Worked on snatch balance at the end...lots of work left for me on this.

I'll make up the Front Squat and DUs later this week. Will most likely be at CLDT tomorrow AM, so I'll have to make that WOD up to.

Pulling up to my house seeing Kings and his wife, Donna, doing CF at the park was awesome...you guys rock!

Front Squat: 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165

Push Press: 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 115

Should have gone a bit heavier on front squats, but really worked on proper form so I can take it up a notch next time. Good baselines to work up from.

Didn't know that I was supposed to keep a double under tally for the BR, but was sufficiently smoked by the end.
