Due to what looks like a late day today in class, I just finished yesterday's workout. Good smoker.Finished in just under 7 rounds (6 full rds, 20 mb cleans, 14 lunges, 20 kb swings, 10 lunges).My plan is to do today's workout later this evening. I do love OHS.
