Location: Meet at 0830 at the River Courts. Or whenever you can get it in.

WOD:

"Murph"

For time:
Run 1 mile
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

Partition the pull up, push ups, and squats as needed. The total number of reps is equal to 20 rounds of "Cindy" 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 15 squats.

TIL Murph hurts.

After about 5 rounds I had to scale the pullups and pushups. And I'm not sure about the time but it was around 40:00.

Had to cut off early to make a meeting (did it at 0700).

48:30 with scaling to rows after 50 band kipping pull ups and scaled to knees on push-ups after about 85.

I will get faster and stronger!
