Today we will meet up in the '62 Room to warm-up and then step off about 0545 or so.  Bring your reflective belt and some early morning motivation!!

Run 5km for time.

NOTE:  Route - start in front of the Comm's House at the light pole.  Run to Lee Gate and return to the start point. Stay on the side walk the entire time and be careful when you cross the street.

There was a small, but fearless crew this morning that ran in the pouring rain! Thanks to those that showed up and got a preview of what PT in the Army is often like! Just because it's raining doesn't mean you should cancel PT or move it indoors!!

21:23 which was about 20 seconds faster than the previous, but still way over my goal of sub 20! Just when I think I'm speeding up, others sped up even more! Nice work Matt, Randy, Mike, and Hinds (Tom?).

I've got the same goal as Adam: Sub 20! Not there yet, have to crank up the intensity on the interval training.

11 seconds faster than last month.

Brought the grade up to a solid B. I'm happy.

Still going for that tab. maybe next time!

Nice job on the IOCT Mickey.

Ran a 6km loop this morning, and added some components of the WOD that I missed on Wednesday due to a staff ride in Normandy.

6km: 30:07
50 knees to elbows: 4:10
50 rowers (sub for weighted sit-ups): 2:01

Looking forward to learning about the Warrior WOD in November!

I was able to PR today. My PR from two times ago was 21:07. I got 20:39 this time. My previous goal was sub 21, now it is sub 20.
