13 rounds on the dot.
As rx'd except for the last round when my jump rope was busy, subbed tuck jumps

For the person who was asking me about the jump rope: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005DRS80Y/ref=oh_o02_s00_i00_details

8 rounds as rxd... what a struggle those double unders were.

Definitely going to look into that new rope, mine's way too heavy. And by that, I mean my shoulders are too weak.

it was great to see such a big group this morning! Great job on double-under improvement by njc and Mickey!!! Practice is the ONLY thing that will improve your DUs.

As for me, I wanted to catch up with Mike, but couldn't do it!

13 rounds with 30 seconds to spare - that was a smoker and my throat is still burning!

11.5 rounds

I don't see how you guys hit 13 rounds...well done...

jswobe - let's just say I paced out the 50 meters, so it might have been a few meters short (or long) - so don't feel as though you are super slow. I will say Mike and I did nearly all rounds of DUs unbroken, so that helped keep a fast pace.

Agreed w/ the unbroken DUs. I hit two or three rounds unbroken, and those rounds were about 15 to 20 seconds faster than the others...
