Welcome back from the weekend. Today's WOD is a bit different, but should be a good one.
You pick the load, but you should use the same load for the entire round. At the end of the round you should try to increase the load.
3 rounds for time:
15 x deadlift
10 x power cleans
5 x push press
Rest 1 minute & change weight as needed.
NOTE: choose your load smartly & if you realize it is too much, then you can certainly lighten the load during the round if needed.
