Run 5km

Route goes from in front of Comm's House to Lee Gate and back.

Morning crew, let's meet in the '62 room at 0530, warm-up and we'll step up by 0545.

NOTE:  Cadets, if you want to hit the Thursday WOD instead, go for it.  I know you all ran on Thursday, so I don't want you to feel cheated out of a chance to smoke yourself!

I PR'd. My old time was 23:18, this time I got a 21:39. It felt great. I reversed split: 10:56 and 10:43.

Sub-20 here I come

21:27 today, about 20 secs faster than 21 July. Thanks for the push Sean, I tried to keep up for the second half, but couldn't get it going.

10:27/11:00 splits.

Rowed 5K instead...


My first 5K row. I don't know what sort of time is good or bad or whatever. Can someone shed some light on good rowing times?

(also did some snatches to start...worked up to 115...)

10 minute rest
20 min max distance 80lbs Sand Bag carry

33 SBGU and ~1900m carry
