OHS - 85, 95, 135 (old PR).

Looked like a lot of personal records happening this morning; great work by everyone! Few things are nicer than starting the day with a PR...

Thanks for all the coaching from the morning crew...that helped a ton. I need to engage hamstrings a little more from the start which should help keep my back straight.

Looks like I missed a good PR day up there. I wanted to post my PR from down here. I have been following the RVA CrossFit programming while here.

I just did Jackie (1000M Row, 50 Thrusters 45#, and 30 Pull-ups) at a PR of 6:35.
