6 rds + (20x med ball cleans, 14 lunges, and 20x kettlebell swings).

Starting off the week with an AMRAP is rough, but I'd rather be doing that than option 1.

6 rounds

3 weeks of no CrossFit definitely showed this AM. It's great to be back with the crew.

7 rds plus 1 Med Ball Clean.

Mac would've gotten 7+ rounds, but he cut himself short 14 seconds...good work, Bro.

Well, do to lack of med balls and kettle bells and not having NM to motivate me and inspire me each day, I didn't make it to my little gym and did a modified version of this at home.
AMRAP in 20 minutes and 14 seconds:
20xSquats
14xPush-ups
20xSquats
14xSit-ups

9 rounds. The extra 14 seconds let me finish the 9th round.

I've come to realize that if I don't have anyone to work out with, then I just don't want to get up. I sure miss you all.

5 rounds (-3 lunges). The med ball cleans were the killer for me.

5 rounds and that was enough after a 12 hr work day
