8:01 (PR). Great work by all this morning, and thanks for keeping me honest in depth! Very rewarding to still be making PRs, and this one was 30 sec faster than 1 Dec.
The biggest overall recommendation this morning probably centers around making sure you get full extension during the first part of your lift. Extend the legs, hips, and really make yourself tall through the shoulders before throwing your elbows out and pushing down into the squat. Then all you have to do is stand up :).
The only thing is I had to change from squat cleans to power cleans. I nee more practice with squat cleans in order to get the mechanics down. I have never done olympic lifts before(which is sad because I am going to be turning 35 this year. Imagine if I had started when I was in my 20s. Oh well, hindsight is always 20/20!)
Thanks for the comments from Mac. I will be sure to practice with a lighter weight to work out the how to part.

Started with 115 for the first 21 and then scaled back to 95 for the next two sets.

Can't wait until tomorrow...
11:06 rx'd...should have done more squats over CLDT. Good classic WOD.
12:20. Need to use traps and shrug more (on the squat cleans) rather than trying to muscle it up.
Mad props to Mac...wow! And great to see the CLDT crew back this AM.

Scaled down to 95 for the squat cleans, really need to work on form and efficiency. Thanks for the coaching and encouragement from the B&G vets.
Did this one yesterday in 7:44...yeah I know I should post when my times don't beat NM too but that wouldn't be any fun.
8:03. Did this one down here in Fort Lee. Could have been faster -had some space constraints.
Should be fun tomorrow. Barbara and I don't always see eye to eye.
