The '62 Room will still be closed tomorrow, so we'll meet in Hayes Gym for some good 'ole fashioned asbestos.

Five rounds for time of:
25 Knees to elbows
25 Inverted Burpees
25 Air Squats

The Inverted Burpee: starting supine, kip (or sit-up and roll) to standing, kick-up to handstand. This burpee derivative involves similar amounts of work and greater skill than the traditional burpee.

34:43. Wow, that was a rough slog, and probably one of the least graceful and efficient movements I have done lately. I know there is a smooth way to move from your back to a handstand position, but I seem incapable of it. A major goat...

This one required alot of core strength, coordination, and focus.
All of which were tough to muster through 5 rounds.

27:34 - scaled to 3 rounds

I have found in programming, I make a concerted effort to try and do different things and ensure I don't program to the things that I enjoy.

I think it's working as I absolutely hated that workout.

We'll see if we can find something more "functional" next week but hopefully everyone got a lot of core work in today.
