That was good. Got 155 on the Push Press. Used 245 for the WOD and did it in 6:05.25
Only 90# for my push press :-(Shared a bar with Alex and we did the WOD in 8:56 with 155#
110# on the push press8:56 (I think) on the WOD with 155#. That one was pretty fun, I liked it.See y'all next week!
