Location: Meet at 0530 in Hayes Gym.

5 Rounds for Time:
20 Pull ups
30 Push ups
40 Sit ups
50 Squats
Rest 3 minutes between each of the 5 rounds.

Was only able to do 3 rounds due to time. 20:56, as Rx'd, a good one. I'll have to do this again when I can do the whole thing.
