Open: double unders and muscle up progressions.

No one came. Shocker. I biked for eight minutes and stretched my legs out a bit. Then did some cross cable pulls with external rotation. 3X10 @ 7.5, I need to get my shoulder capsules stronger and more stable.

2. Weighted Pullups 5x5x50 +4
3. Weighted Dips 5x5x75 + 7
4. Handstand Holds-10 seconds then 8x1 Hayes Lap w/45 second rest between
