I put up a post last week and never heard anything, but I thought I would give it one more try. I have a brand new pair of all black VFF KSO's size M42 that are in perfect conditon but just a bit too small for me. I will sell them for $80 (what I paid). Email me; first come first serve. I am the only MAJ Caldwell on the global. If I don't hear anything by tomrrow, I am sending them back.
145,155,165,175,180 Lesson Learned - when putting weights on the bar, check to ensure that the 45# plate is not actually a 35# plate. Otherwise, you'll think you're stronger than you really are and be demoralized at the end of your lift when you realize that you lifted 20# less.
So unlike Mark R, I actually did more weight that I thought. For some reason I thought my old PR was 245. So I played it safe and only went to 235. Well, my old PR was really 225, so I ended up 10lbs over it. Funny how the mind works.
It was a nice group this morning, but smaller than normal. Please don't just come for the Metcons. You need the strength days to improve your overall performance.

135, 155, 185, 205, 225. Did these as box squats, so the weight might be a little less, but the work on the hamstrings makes it worth it.
