12:21Did L-pullups for the first set and a half. Then did pullups with knees up. I had to do a few kipping ones in the last set as well.
8:46Couldn't hold the L the entire time so I would straighten out after every rep and reset.

12:47I pretty much sucked at L pull-ups, so the majority of my PUs were regular kipping pull-ups.
11:35 as Rx'd. L pullups were obtuse angles and had to reset after eachone.

13:45L-pullups didn't last long. Moved to regular pullups and then band assisted at the end.
