15 rds +10 on rd 16. While the first couple of rounds seemed easy, that rest between rds definitely seemed to get shorter. Counting up the total number of pullups completed was enlightening. while I managed to knock out 130 total pullups, V. Gorilla did 241! I am humbled...

We did 20 min AMRAP of:-5x HSPU-10x Pistol (one-legged squat, alternating legs)-15x Pull-upFinished 8 rds plus 3x HSPU. Had to do Pistols from a box to get full range of motion.Love the pull-up workout you guys did...will have to try that sometime soon.
