15 rds +10 on rd 16. While the first couple of rounds seemed easy, that rest between rds definitely seemed to get shorter.

Counting up the total number of pullups completed was enlightening. while I managed to knock out 130 total pullups, V. Gorilla did 241! I am humbled...

We did 20 min AMRAP of:
-5x HSPU
-10x Pistol (one-legged squat, alternating legs)
-15x Pull-up

Finished 8 rds plus 3x HSPU. Had to do Pistols from a box to get full range of motion.

Love the pull-up workout you guys did...will have to try that sometime soon.

22 rounds plus 11 during round 23

Total pull-ups:264

The easiest way to figure out how many pull-ups you did is:

(n+1)*(n/2)
where n=number of rounds complete
