With heavy hearts we dedicate this workout to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th, 2006


For time:
50 x pullups
1 x gym loop (400m run)
21 x thrusters (95lb / 65lb)
2 x gym loop (800m run)
21 x thrusters (95lb / 65lb)
1 x gym loop (400m run)
50 x pullups

I scaled the second set of thrusters to 65# to keep the intensity up. I also amd pretty sure that I only did one gym look between my thrusters so I did a second gym loop between the second set of thrusters and the final pull-ups.

27:and change. Scaled thrusters to 65# but everything else as Rx'd. Might have to do the crossfit later in the day on Tuesdays and Fridays due to combatives. Makes for a very long time in the gym.

27:20. Scaled to 75# on second set of thrusters. Went to jumping pullups to finish second set of pullups... the kipping was getting to be too much for my left shoulder. Tough WOD...

did the Marine Corps Combat Fitness Test with DMI. They have an over-head push press (with ammo can; we used an MRE box). Knocked out 135; most in the department. Totally attribute to crossfit. the whole test was much easier due to the WODs. Just another example of how this stuff practically applies.

Made up WOD on Sat.

Scaled to 65# on thrusters, Pullups-25 w/ band, 25 w/o on each. Out of shape. No excuses.
