Wasn't feeling too great this morning, had to cut my workout short to go to sick call. I'm on quarters all day. I may or may not be there tomorrow depending on how I feel tonight.
BS: 250, didn't need help this time, but my upper body was folding more than I wanted, I'm dropping to 225 on Thursday to let me body get stronger before hitting 255.
Conditioning: 135 for the GTO, did power clean and split jerks. By the time I finished and got my hand to my watch it was at 10:42.87.
In Strength Development I did Strict Press: 3X5 at 110 and Dumbbell Bench Press + Twist at the top for 3X10 at 25.
After the conditioning I did Grip Crushers: 3X5 @ 90, and 60 seconds of plank (top of pushup position) and 30 seconds of side plank per side.
Muscle Gain Challenge then:
Found 1RM Clean and jerk: 185#
Conditioning: 12:24 with 135# ground to overhead
