So... I was all by myself this morning... But I did:
Cleans at 105#
KB swings at 35#
Pullups with a purple band
and the rounds took right at or longer than a minute so I did them every 2 minutes.
Power Clean: 155
Turned into 8 rounds for time: used 1.5 pood and took 11:02.
