Went SUPER light this morning in preparation for my entrance to hell tomorrow night.Squat: 110#Didn't do the WOD. Did some pullup progressions instead.
Squats: 245#WOD: 11:10 175# on bench
Only did the Squats since I'll be doing the GORUCK Challenge on Post starting tomorrow night (it's not hell, it's fun). Used 180.
