Strict press 3 x 5 (each round at same weight, rest 3-5 minutes between sets)
Complete 4 rounds:
Each round consists of 3 cycles of the following:
Front Squats @ 80% of 1 RM – 2 reps
Decline weighted sit-ups (hold weight over head) – 10 reps
5 towel pull-ups (to simulate a rope climb)
Decline weighted sit-ups (hold weight over head) – 10 reps
5 towel pull-ups (to simulate a rope climb)
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

The girls all had to split a rack so it was slow and we had uniform inspection this morning. I'm going to go back and do the rest of it tonight.

BS @ 175 , 3X5 because today kinda ticked me off and because I can't do math when irritated. Did Strict Press @ 65 (correct load this time) again 3X5.
