I won't be here because I'll still be doing the GORUCK, but look for us on post! A big group of people (about 60) carrying around a bunch of heavy stuff, getting PT'd and yelled at.
Rested 27 Sept and did this on 28.1. 10 Minutes Handstand Work(longest hold so far)2. Weighted Pullups: 5x5x42.5+63. Weighted Dips 5x5x67.5+84. WOD - 4RDS+3 then 7 RDS+2(Limiting factor were pushups for first one and front squat for second.)Found the source of my low back fault in squats: tight hamstrings.
