We definitely misread the WOD, and I for one am glad. We did 20 air squats and since we don't have access to slam balls we did 50 toes to bar. 5:45.49 for me - my grip doesn't even let the T2B be a core exercise. Kept an even 7 calories for the Tabata rows.
5:40 for time, calorie counter was broken!
Haha oops, yeah we kind of messed that one up.
I did 20 air squats and 50 headcutters with a 16kg kettlebell. Time was 5:28
About 4-5 calories per row, for a total of 32.
