I guess MAJ Hunter is programming, looks an awful lot like CrossFit Endurance. I did the bike because of a nice blister that opened up on my foot. 6 rounds. 30s, 26s, 26s, 27s, 24s, and finally 28s. 10.7 kilometers in total (pedaled during 2 minutes of recovery). Won't do Helen, after survival swimming I have a company swim meet.
