WOD:
Max effort deadlift
Then, for time:
25 HSPU
25 Overhead Squats (95/75)
50 Pistols
100 Double Unders

155# deadlift and 15:20 for the WOD. Had to drop to 45# on the OH squats after the pike push-ups and did 300 single unders.
240# deadlift (PR!) and 20:00 for the WOD. Dropped to 65# on OHS and did band-assisted HSPU and assisted pistols.
