Announcements: Today we will meet in the 62 Room to warm-up and then we will move upstairs to either the 2nd or 4th floor basketball courts depending on availability.
Equipment needed: Wear a watch and bring your jump rope.
Warm-up: Work on your double-unders!!!! Double-unders require a ton of practice to master!!!
WOD:
AMRAP 20
25 x double-unders (3:1 single-under or 1:1 tuck jump sub)
150 meter shuttle sprint (75 meters down, touch, and return to start)
Rest 1 minute

combatives final either tomorrow or wednesday. Not entirely sure yet, but to play it safe, i'm going to sit this one out. I can make it up afterwards.

All double-unders were unbroken and lungs were on fire after about the half way point! Great to see a big group there bright and early on a Monday!!

still better than runnning
I was having a rough time with double unders... 9 full rounds + 23 double unders.
I had to stop at 0600, so right about 14 minutes with 8 rounds. Those DUs got tough!

That was a lot worse than i remember it being. ouch.
No match today, which means I'm going wednesday.

35m short of 13 rounds. My hip was tight today so I couldn't open up my run, therefore I never went hard enough to get "the lung." I feel like I shorted myself.
