I hate thrusters. I usually love pull-ups, but when you mix thrusters with anything, it spoils the whole recipe :)

I scaled the thrusters to 75 lbs b/c of my back. The weight was definitely easy and did not hurt, so I did two more rounds at 95 lbs (untimed). No pain! Woo-hoo!
