- 20 Wall Ball Squats (20# / 14#)
- 30 Sit-Ups
Recommended Warm-Up:
3 Rounds for Time of:
- 9 Knees to Elbows
- 12 Air Squats (facing wall, trying to get toes as close to wall as possible to work on flexibility)
- 15 Push-Ups

100 ground to overhead w/ 50# dumbbells
50 reps each arm (all were muscle/power snatch) and 5 burpees every minute on the minute

absolutely miserable. almost threw up around rep 80.
30 ring muscle ups for time: 11:31
rested a few miutes then..
200 abmat situps for time, 10x pushups every time i rested.
did first 112 unbroken, then the rest unbroken
8:30 w/ only 10 pushups. slow and steady.
