- Run 400m
- 30 Box Jumps (24"/20")
- 30 Wall Ball Squats (20#/14#)
Recommended Warm-Up:
3 Rounds of:
- 3 Pull-Ups
- 6 Glut-Ham Leg Curls with Stability Ball
- 9 Back Extensions (or Superman crunches if you do not have access to equipment for back extensions)
- 12 Crunches on Stability Ball
