Great work by Patrick, Trent, and Nate this morning! You all did great, especially for one of the first time doing this complex movement!
I scaled to 85 lbs. and did squat snatches...which were rather tough! Thanks to Matt for coaching tips, I need to work on my shoulder flexibility and external rotation. It was my first time doing squat snatches under load.

Couldn't quite remember the WOD when I went to the gym this afternoon, so I ended up doing squat clean and jerks instead. Still a tough one!
